    Default .wav as ringtones - wont play full ringtone?

    I edited some songs with audacity, then exported as wav, and for some reason, it will not play the full ringtone when someone calls me. It will play 4 or so seconds, then cut off, but the vibrate will still work.

    If it's a short ringtone, like, 2 or 3 seconds, it will loop however...

    Maybe because .wav files are too big, try to make .mp3 ringtone using this online editor, its default settings should fit any phone.

    I'm pretty sure the treo 700p is incapable of using mp3's as ringtones.

    The the wav's I make are under 500k
