when i make calls the person on the other end cant hear me. a rep from palm customer support told me to perform a hard reset after the soft reset didnt work. i know a hard reset will take everything back to the Verizon Wireless factory settings but my phone is fully flashed to Cricket. will this "unflash" my phone?
