If you have an existing XM radio account, they will allow you online access. Once you sign up online, you'll have a login. You use that login information to access the xstreamxm site via your Treo's web browser.

So, yes you do need an XM account. Normally, you need a receiver for each XM radio -- with the Treo, you can take your XM anywhere.

Haven't heard anything about Sirius for the Palm.

Default Access Sirius and XM Radio on the 700W

Access Sirius and XM Radio On Treo 700w

With a Treo 700w's super fast EV-DO network, it's easy to listen to your favorite satellite radio programming on either Sirius Satellite Radio or XM Radio. We speculated about Sirius on your Treo back in September of last year and happily reported this was available in our January 19th eNews. Subscribe to our free newsletter and receive the latest Treo news, tips and tricks first.

Listening to XM Satellite Radio on your Treo

If you are an existing XM subscriber, then you need to register your existing account for free online access. XM will provide you with a username and password. If you do not currently have an XM Radio account, you can sign up for a free 3 day trial. Once registered, visit either xstreamxm.com/mobile or www.minixm.com from your Treo 700w and in seconds you'll be listening to your favorite XM stations.
Sirius Satellite Radio on Treo 700

SiriuCE is a new Windows Mobile application that allows you to listen to Sirius satellite radio using the Treo 700w. You can download the application directly to your Treo 700w. You will need your Sirius login information in order to access.

There you have it. Two great ways to take advantage of your Treo 700w and listen to cool music.

Did you get them from iTunes? Perhaps PocketTunes will not even show you AAC files?

    Just a thought...

What kind of reception do you experience indoors with xm radio? Could I use it when I work out at a gym or will reception be too poor? Thanks
