How do I replace the outer case of my 700w, are there instructions out there somewhere?

okk..so a couple of days ago i turned my instant message thing on so when i sign off on AIM the messages will go straight to my phone. well now i dont like having IM's popping up on my phone all the time. so can you guys tell me where to turn it off? i cant find it anymore :frown:

Both the ring volume and call volume are maxed. But unless its real quiet where I am I have been missing calls because I cant hear the ring when a call come in when its on my waste. Never had a a phones whose MAX voluem was like mid range on other phones.
