What are some good internet connection speed test sites to use for testing connection speed of the Treo 700w? Does DSL Reports have a mobile test site?

I recently had my laptop stolen along with my USB cord. I have a new laptop now and I have downloaded Activesync. Everytime i try to connect my phone it says that it does not recognize the device. It is a brand new laptop and this is very frustrating. Any ideas?
