700 wx transfering to and from sd card

ok i figured out how to cut or copy nad paste from the treo to the card and from the card to the treo but is there an easier way. my 650 was pretty much drag and drop or hold the stylus to the document and drop down screen pops up and you say "save to card or save to internal memreory"device" ".
is there any easier way to transfer to and from the sd card or memory. instead of having to cut and paste every time.
please let em know.

how did you do that? i've been trying to do that. also, sendingpictures via bluetooth.

that was on the treo 650 i was talking about i was asking how to do it on the 700wx cause i cant figure it out. right now im just cutting and pasteing from the menu screen once the pictures are highlited
