700w and SD card

Ok I admit it I'm a newbie and I needed a sd card and thought any old one would work, now I'm thinking no since mine doesn't seem to be seen by my phone. Can someone tell me specifically what I need to buy and if I need to install it or just insert it and it sees it? Thank you.

My question first of all is what type of SD card do you currently own. Most standard SD card should work. Cards from folks like Scan Disk, Kingston, Lexar, etc should work in your Treo. As to the size you can go up to 4gb if you wish but most folks stay around 2gb. Make sure the SD card has the lock feature on it. Hope this helps.

Well I picked up the card again and remember there was a little teenie card that came in the same case. Well when I picked up the big card and actually read it, well it says ADAPTER, all of a sudden the light bulb came on and I realized the smaller fits into the larger and voila! The card is a success! Sorry I wasted time and the money I just spent getting another card, oh well I can use it in my camera.
