what does the "x" signify?
These photos are floating around courtesy of a member over at TC. It looks like Sprint customers will be getting a new Windows Mobile Treo.

what does the "x" signify?

X for Xtra memory...At least, that's what I'd expect. I don't see that much of a departure from the 700w. Sounds as if we'll see this soon. A friend of mine contacted a local Palm store and they said it was "in stock", but not ready for sale. Rumors point to an August 31st release.

"Where our customers come first!"oh well.
Anyone know what exactly is included with one of these?
Ya know... I love my treo 650. And as far as these new treos are concerned...I just don't know about how much more excited I can get. Broadband/Satelite Radio/Palm or windows enabled/GPS system. It's really nice. But, it's just so crazy!!! And expensive. I think I'll wait for my birthday next year before going out and buying new stuff. I always wait a year or so before getting something better.![]()
:rolleyes:Hakuna Matata Gotta See Amada...
If you're happy with the 650, there isn't a tremendous need to upgrade to a Treo 700p. While I think the Windows devices are nice, it's a vast departure from your comfort zone of the Palm OS. I think you're strategy is a good one. No need to get caught in the vicious upgrade cycle - it can get costly.a know... I love my treo 650. BTW don't bother going to a Sprint store or calling one and asking if they have it in stock or when they're planning on selling it. I've gotten various responses ranging from "I have no information about it" to "We'll be selling it in 3 weeks"![]()
do any one know the price of it
