Greetings,

I am new to Palm, but have always been a fan.

I am intrigued with the ability to sync with Outlook (I use 2007, Vista version, smtp-based). I owned a PocketPC in the past, but it never synched flawlessly w/ Outlook. I imagine much progress has been made, but I would rather hear it from the horse's mouth. So, will I be happy to have synched email and contacts with me wherever I go, or will I have the same headaches I had 4-5 years ago?

Also, can I use this phone while travelling in Canada? What about using the data option in Canada? I am with Verizon here in the U.S.
