700wx windows or 755p palm operating system??which is better

Hi there, I recently bought a blackberry pearl and was unimpressed that it couldn't do any live audio streaming etc or podcast directly... so I'm off to buy a new treo but am torn between the operating systems... As never having used a palm before I was leaning towards the windows version but have heard of all sorts of issues since its the first version? maybe? I want mainly, full internet access- lots of 3rd party apps., gps maps and live steaming audio etc.....I meant streaming.... either I suppose..... anyhow has anyone out there used both or just has any basic info for the newbie? I've read up alot on the basics of what they come with but just don't have a clue how different the browsers and programs etc for each are...Thanx
