85020010 connection error

I spent the last few hours troubleshooting a connection error on a Win2K pro box. Ended up giving Palm tech support a call, they stated they know of the issue and no fix is available yet.

With the 700 connected via the USB cable I'm prompted with the following error while trying to sync with Exchange and/or trying to surf the net.

Unable to connect using this connection blah blah blah error 85020010

Once the 700 is unplugged everything works fine wirelessly

Again this is on a Win2K SP4 box. The same configuration works without a problem on a XP SP2 box.

If I hear anything back from Palm I'll post an update.
