A few puzzling things

I have a small number of Treo problems that are becoming somewhat of a nuisance. If anybody knows how to fix any of these, please post.

• Cannot make it vibrate both with the phone sound on and off. It only vibrates when the ring tone is turned off.
• Contacts are duplicating both on the TREO and the desktop computer, and when deleted from the desktop it remains in the TREO and vice versa. Not sure if this is a syncing issue or what.
• Emails are duplicating themselves as well.
• The speaker phone isn't working.

Any help is appreciated.
