arcadia Join Date: Dec 2006 Posts: 8 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts	Active Sync problems - PLEASE HELP I loaded the software onto my laptop, but it won't sync. When I tried to reload the disc, to try to repair or remove it, or when I try to remove it in the add/remove programs, it tells me there's another installation in progress and I need to complete it before I can continue. I don't know what to do. Can someone help me please. I want to try to reload the software and start from the begining again. Thank You
