Default Adobe Reader

Does anyone know a link or what version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader I can download to my Treo 700? Thank you all.

Got this from Phil. Worked perfectly for me.

installed by going to adobe.com, then "support" and I clicked on "downloads." I then slected "Adobe Reader" and "other platforms." On the next page I clicked on "Adobe Reader for mobile devices." Then I selected "English Pocket PC, version 2.0". I saved it to the desktop and installed it and it worked just fine. I did remove Picsel Viewer before I started, though.

Default It works good

Well that worked just fine. I tried to download it right on the PDA, but that didn't work, says it was NOT a file recognized. So, I ran the program and saved it to the business folder on the desktop, opened it, ran it, saved it to the PDA and it works perfectly.. Thank you thank you thank you!!! Take care.

Default Location of PDF Files

FYI, this is straight from the ReadME from this version of Acrobat...

"- If your Pocket PC has a secondary storage card, please ensure that you have a folder called "My Documents" on the storage card. PDF files can be opened only from within this folder or its subfolders."

Default alternatives

Anyone using any PDF reader alternatives? I think a 7mb or whatever size it is program is very bloated.

While I agree it's bloated, I'll tell you I've had much better performance luck with it over Picsel viewer that comes with the Treo for free...

Default Problem Solved. pocketxpdf

http://pocketxpdf.sourceforge.net/

I remembered about this program ages ago. Faster, smaller and has features Adobe Acrobat Reader 2.0 doesn't have.

I think someone already covered this but I see that my filename for Adobe is "acrobatreader-ppc2002.exe" for my 700w.
