I have tried them all and they all seem to have problem logging into AOL AIM.

search the forum for a program called Octrotalk. It connects to many clients, however I only use AOL and it works flawlessly for me. as you will read, its in its testing stage and is currently available free of charge. its a very simple program, not many extras, but it works well for the intended purpose. does not seem to have a big delay in message delivery either. hope this helps.

There is also a program called Palringo. www.palringo.com . Pretty decent program. It can be used with many other clients also like MSN, AIM, Yahoo Messenger, ICQ, and even Google chat. Whats also kinda cool about it is in the Palringo chat portion, you can use a Push to Talk feature, also share pictures and other files, and create your own groups. There is also a PC version as well so u can still chat with your same contacts from a main computer.

Just try it out, its free, and I liked it better than Octrotalk.

I'm trying to connect with my treo wx and I keep getting a error screen name already being used by this IP address. Anyone have a answer for this?

I can log into my other AIM name but not my primary one that I use.

I tried the omnitalk thing and I can send messages but not recieve them. I'm going to try the Palringo when I get home. Anyone know if I can send and recieve messages with it?

With Palringo, yes you can send and receive messages.

As far as your problem with Octrotalk and AIM, I have not the slightest idea, sorry.

I have both Octro and Palringo. Palringo is the $hit cuz.

It is a great program! If you really enjoy it a lot. I created a Palringo group you could join Everythingtreo. Just go to the palringo menu and join group. Be kinda cool to get alot of the everythingtreo users there. Could be a secondary help tool while your mobile and on the go. You can even share pictures, files, etc.... I think its a wonderful App.
