Go to PPCGEEKS.COM There's a 700W/Wx section that has the hack stickied. I use it, works great!!!

After the sale of the 700wx (which I love), and trying to access the Power Vision (MobiTV, picturemail, etc.), Sprint tech service tells me the Power Vision unlimited access_pack ($15 per month) does not work with the phone. OK.. I figure they "got me"... but I see others have the problem as well. I sent sprint a nasty-gram about the situaton. My next call is to the state utilities commision. Just wondered if anybody heared anything about a fix from sprint or got them to waive fee for the lack of service or something?

Hi all

I am still learninig my new treo 700-wx in doing so I am baffled that I have bought a $20 vision pkg from sprint that has ON Demand, Unlimited Internet, Sprint TV, Pic Mail, & Music Store. I was told by sprint technical support that I am only able to use the internet only, nothing else works with the 700-wx im pissed, however there is a 30 day free trial :laugh3: before I start paying. There is a $15 dollar vision pkg that I could downsize to for internet only purposes but I tried today and it looks like my pic mail altleast works fine. What can I do about this problem without downloading something that I will regret for a long time (VIRUS)? any suggestions to fixing this?

1) Save the five dollars and buy something nice

2) Get a slingbox or subscribe to Mobitv

3) Take advantage of the several hacks and third party programs for this phone

4) Dont worry too much about viruses because the PC viruses are not written for Pocket PC, but I am sure they are coming

5)Enjoy the service but stop trusting and believing what Sprint says. Its like listening to the government

$99/year for Smart Video. It has live TV and a bunch of other stuff. I have been using it for about a month and really like it. It works seamlessly on the 700wx.
