Had to replace my 700w this past week on account of leaving it on my rooftop of my car and driving off

Before I mail my old 700w back to Asurion, I would like to backup all my MMS, Outlook E-mail and Text Messages folders to either my desktop or the new 700w.

Any suggestions? Many thanks for your help and time
