what is the best way to convert the 3g2 video files that the treo creates when shooting video into a file that is universal (windows media, quick time, mpeg, etc.)?

Any help appreciated..........

I upload my movie files to youtube.com. No need to convert and easy to share. Quality is not the best but its still fun.

I don't know about converting, but if you just want to play the video file on the desktop, there is a program called GOM which is a Korean media player, but it seems to play the 3g2 files without any problem. if you want to download it. Here's the link
