I have The Treo 700W. Love it! Yes, it has a glich here and there but that's what happens when you get the fist version of a product.

I purchased the TomTom 5 because the Treo website said it was compatible with the 700W. It wasn't, even the tech support for TomTom said it wasn't.

I recently purchased Copilot live 6, bluetooth GPS with Map data CDs. It works great!!! One issue was tranferring the data to the device, it only recognized around 77mb of memory. I have a 2 gig card. The tech support was fully aware of the issue and e-mailed me a quick work-around for the problem. If you're looking for a bluetooth GPS for the Treo 700w or any Windows mobile 5, I recommend the copilot.

One note about the TomTom, technically speaking its not supported (and that something TomTom should work on with a GSM model in the offing) but there are ways and yes they are not for everyone but with a few tweaks you can get it to work.

On CoPilot Live 6, they also offer a trade in program and you get $100 off with the trade in of an old GPS product. I almost did this but I jumped the Treo ship, now that I am back on board I am looking into GPS again.

Be careful ordering from everythingtreo.com though. I ordered a battery and a couple other items on 6/2. Delivery left Florida on 6/5. As of 6/17 it's on Salt Lake City Utah. It's supposed to go to New Hampshire.
It's probably UPS's fault ..... but everythingtreo hasn't been helpful in tracing the package or forcing the issue with UPS. "It's got to be 10 business days before we can trace it." UGH.

Glad to hear the co-pilot worked for you. I sent mine back within 24 hours, the GPS accuracy was off by a lot. I did a thread here on it back in April.

Good to hear that CoPilot Live is working well, guess I will give it a shot as well. On the other users issue, I would conact customer service, I do believe that several sites share a common store for ordering http://www.smartphoneexperts.com/ and maybe the main location can get something done since it would ultimately be their problem.
