Bluetooth issues BT800

I've tried searching for this subject matter, but am having trouble locating it. I have the Treo 700wx and bought the Jabra BT800 bluetooth headset for it. I bought it because on some of the "Treo" stores it was shown as to be compatible with this phone. Turns out it has connectivity issues. I have trouble pairing them, then after pairing them will just disconnect on its own. Drives me crazy. Contacted Jabra about the issue and their response was that the 700wx has bluetooth issues and none of Jabra's bluetooth headsets are recommended for this phone. In fact if you go to their website, they have a compatibility chart and the 700w/wx/p are not even on the list. Goes from the 650 straight to the 750/755.

Anyone know about any of this? How do I get this headset to work or am I screwed? Is there a bluetooth patch or something for the wx?

I have the most up to date Jabra BT800 software update and the most up to date Palm updates.

After observing the connection for the past few hours...it really seems as if it is the Treo. Bluetooth shuts itself off after a certain amount of time. Is this normal? Do I have a defective unit?
