I was trying to perform the recent Verizon 1.22 update and I think I managed to damage the firmware on my phone.
I had the phone hooked up to both the AC and USB adapters while it was performing the firmware update and the phone decided to 'break' the connection. (The phone seemed to switch to a "low-power state".)
I had not touched any of the cables or phone itself.
As of now the phone will not boot past the firmware screen. It hangs on the Treo logo with the numbers "3.01" on top.
It will not connect to the ActiveSync service; my PC will not even recognize the phone.
I'm a fairly new Treo owner and have been pretty happy since first purchasing it. I have a full warranty, but would like to possibly fix it myself if the option is available.
Thanks for any help provided.
