Default Calendar Appointments off Next Week

Hey, I'm having a sort of strange issue with my Treo 700wx (Sprint, version 1.14). Appointments on my calendar were an hour off (early) - but only for next week. I sync with Outlook 2007 on my desktop, and both my desktop and Treo are on Eastern time (w/ network time disabled). I've tried changing the time zone for the appointment to Central in Outlook, but that didn't seem to make any difference on the Treo. If I make the appointments an hour later in Outlook, then they will show up at the right time on my Treo.

I've tried recreating the appointments in Outlook and on my phone, but the same stuff appeared to happen. This is also happening with recurring appointments. This week, they are at the right time. Next week, they are an hour early, but the week after they are at the correct time again.

Presumably this is a problem regarding the DST changes, but I got my Treo from Sprint in June (after time changed early in March), so I would assume that it would have the updates for that. I have the latest updates for Outlook 2007/Vista and have WMDC 6.1.

Is anyone else having problems with this for appointments next week? Or any suggestions on what to do about this? I can probably deal with it for a week, but I'd rather not have to worry about it again in March or next October.

I looked at the details for the 1.15 upgrade, but it didn't say anything about DST or calendar.

Edit: OK, I installed the DST update cab from MS (still not sure if it already had this or not), and then I changed timezones (before I had tried changing to a visiting timezone and back, but this time I changed the actual timezone). And then the appointments were set back to the correct time.
