Default Call Tones

Hello everyone been reading your boards for a couple of weeks. Thank you all, I have learned more here than I did reading the entire manual. My question is does anyone know how to create call tones on this phone, the sound your caller hears when they call you instead of ringing?

All my contacts really miss this feature and so do I

Thanks

You mean to load MP3s as ringtones? I just downloaded Ringo Mobile (trial) and it works great. I'm still looking for a freeware program that does the same thing.

I have Ringo Mobilie, but how do I make a MP3 a call tone that the person calling hears while waiting for me to pick up the call. What is the step needed to set it up as a call tone?

I've been trying to figure out this feature too.. My old call tone i bought while i had my old sanyo just recently expired, and I can't for the life of me, access the digital lounge for call tones.. Is this phone only for professionals, that would not enjoy a feature like this? I don't think so! I need an answer!

I believe what you want are ringback tones. You can subscribe to this at Verizon. Cost 99 cents per month. You can then send them to your phone through Verizon, does not download to phone...

This is a carrier feature (that they charge for). It has nothing to do with the phone.

If I remember correctly the ringback tones are $1.99 each and are active for a year. That's on top of paying the $0.99 a month just to have the feature on your account
