sometimes during a call,if i get call waiting,i hear the sound but it doesn't come up on the screen,and i have no option to answer it??anyone encounter this??

Same problem as like me...
i asked sprint store, they said network problem...
but i don't understand... so i called customer service,
they said to me exchange brand new treo for me...
so i am waiting my new treo... but, i already change
3times treo... each time they change for me brand new...
but still problem... i like treo but many problem...
i think u call to customer service and explain ur problem
and try to exchange brand new...

Veranda...I just solved this very same problem with a hard reset. But make sure you do a sync before the reset...all data will be erased from your device by the reset. See the Palm site for how to do a hard reset or call Palm at
