Call Waiting Issue

once in a while (maybe two days out of the week) when i am getting an incoming call while on a call,I hear the audible tone for call waitng,but nothing pops up on the screen.My only way of getting the call is to quickly hang up with the call I'm on and then the call waiting will come thru as a normal incoming call.Anyone else experience this? I thought it was a network issue,but people who I've asked havent had this problem at all? Thanks in advance. the weirdest thing is most days every thing works fine,randomly This will occur and once it does it will do so all day?It's very frustrating and inconvient.

I have the same issue with my 700wx once in a while. If nothing pops up while im on a call... I just wait till whoever was calling leaves a voicemail, then call them back. Its a software issue.. No way to beat it as far as I know.

I am not an expert by any means but I believe I can help with your problem... My 700wx has done the same thing a few times... What it allowed me to do is when the call waiting tone beeps I could hit the green send button and it would pop up a list of most recent calls, however it also would have an extra option (towards the top) that I could send flash or hit flash (something flash). Select that by hitting ok and it would answer the incoming call. It only shows up the caller id info after you answer the call in this case...

like I said,it only happens every few days..so I haven't had a chance to try your method but I seriously think you may have solved a big problem for me.I thank you in advance and will let you know as soon as I test it out.this is by far my biggest problem with the wx and I think you fixed it!!

Fliggyg,you my friend are an absolute lifesaver!I have been dealing with this forever.I did exactly what you said,and it worked perfectly.out of curiosity,what is flash mode??
