Caller ID Window Not Visible

Strange problem with my 700w. On day two, after I made some Today page changes, the caller ID window that pops up when an incoming call is ringing is no longer visible. All that shows up is the outline of the window.

I tried going back to the default Today page settings, but to no avail. I also tried removing the background picture, thinking that was also a change from the start, but it also did not fix the problem. Any ideas?

i have this problem on a treo pro. i can only see bottom 2 pixels from the caller name and the number on the next line.
