Callers Can't Hear Me

I also have many calls where the caller can't hear me. I've talked to Verizon twice. The second time we rebooted and added the latest palm software. However, I still have the problem. It's weird how the phone always works when the tech guy calls to check it out. The software update was treo700w 1.22-vzw. It takes about 45 min. to update. I'm going to try the speaker button option and tty/ttd off that someone mentioned.

I have this problem too. My friends think I'm at a club when really I'm at my office. Check VolumeCare software.
