I have run the updater and am having problems with activesync. I am using my 700w to synch with our work exchange server wirelessly through verizon. No matter what I set the schedule to it in activesync, it will sync about once every couple of minutes, even if i turn the schedule to "manual" it will still sync every 2 minutes. This is a problem when I'm not on EVDO as phone calls will go into voicemail while its trying to update and battery life is lower. I've tried soft and hard resets and even loaded the 4.2 beta version of activesync. I would like to set the schedule to "as items arrive" and have it work like that.

Anyone have any advice?
