Default Computer voice during the phone ringing
Do anyone know how to (or if you can) turn off the computer voice that says the name of the person calling while your phone is ringing? I just want to hear the ring tone.

It's part of Voice Command. Click on Start, Settings, Voice Command.
Scroll down to Phone and hit Options.
Remove the checkbox for "Announce incoming calls".

Voice Command is a memory hog anyways so I don't use it. But I have the nice Motorola voice on the IHF1000 HFK in my car to annouce the callers #.
