Default deleting contacts

anybody know if there is a way to delete my contacts all at once(to then re-sync). underlying problem is not able to view all contacts by "company". Strange thing is view by "name" works fine. I changed my "file as" listing in outlook on my pc hoping to resolve with a fresh sync

A hard reset will do the trick. Other than that hit selet all then delete them.

If you are using the Palm Desktop..
Go to the contacts page
use the Edit -> Select All menu item
touch the 'del' key on the keyboard.
resync.

This sounds too easy.. am I missing something?

BTW.. A similar approach seems to work in outlook, but it is a little flaky... the trick is to get outlook to allow you to 'select all' properly.

In outlook, I view 'contacts'
I view them in the 'Address cards' format.
First I need to select the header of one card so that the header turns blue.
then I touch 'edit -> select all' and all the headers turn blue (and the Delete menu item will not be grayed out.)

The tricky part is selecting all without outlook graying out the delete option from the Edit menu.
