This is a discussion on dialing phone wiith letters within the Treo Smartphones forums; How do you dial phone numbers that contain letters? (i.e. 1 800 GO FEDEX)? I cant seem to find it ...

    How do you dial phone numbers that contain letters? (i.e. 1 800 GO FEDEX)?
    I cant seem to find it in the manual.. OK I didnt read the whole manual just thouth it would be eaiser to ask here.

    Click the green phone button and type D (or choose Dial Pad).

    I didnt even think about the dial pad... DUH....., Came from a blackberry and was trying to hold the switch key and use the keypad..
