disabling touch screen on calls?

i recall seeing a yellow bar on the bottom of the screen when i was on calls. it prevents my ear from touching the screen and hitting the wrong keys. does anyone know how to enable that?

start >> settings >> keyguard >> (check the box that says "Disable touchscreen: While on call in Today Screen")

it's great for preventing those odd times where you end up in the Time/Alarms app!
