Disappointed.. with this phone

I must say I was very excited to get this phone but now I find it to be a big disappointment.

The manual that comes with the book doesnt tell you some key things you need to know about the phone especially if you were used to many of the features on the 650.

1. Where is the call log? I had to go around about way before I actually found it. And what do the icons mean, good thing I am good at guessing.

2. Deleting email accounts, not realizing how to actually name an email account when I added it. I have no idea what it is when mail comes in. So I would like to delete them and re-add them. No where in the manual does it tell you how to do this.

3. This issue with the text messaging. Many of my clients I text message do not use Sprint for various reasons. I send them messages and they never respond.. come to find out there is a issue and Sprint has no idea when it will be fixed

4. How are you to push and pull your email, the book does not fully explain that either and gives you the option to get some good.com where you can install if from the site. The book says go to OTA and follow-the prompts.. I mean I know I am no dummy but there are no promps but a free trial.

I dont know maybe I am over critical but I am sure there are others out there that are feeling me on this..

Have you tried the Treo users guide that comes on the CD provided with the PPC. I find the book has very little usefully information but the CD users guide dose.

2. Messaging > Menu > Tools > Options > Highlight Account and HOLD the center button to select DELETE.
3. Yikes. Don't know this one.
4. I don't know what push email is... Is this slang for something? Maybe I do it already, but don't know the term "push email".

Regarding #3, you just need to apply the Sprint Treo 700wx SMS Patch. There had been an issue with the Sprint Treo 700wx not being able to send text messages outside of the Sprint network.

Don't give up MsTreoDiva, I felt the same way at first. I haven't used my manual one time since the purchase. All I have learned has come from several online 700wx user forums and several hard resets!!!
