Downgrade in text features with 700wx

I miss my Treo 650 (At&T) because it gave me the whole text conversation that I was having with a person. When I was ready to delete, I could delete parts of the conversation or all of it. Now that I have a 700wx (Verizon), I get separate replies (rather than bundling all the replies from the same person) and they they do not include my original message. Why would Treo discontinue this feature? :frown:

Jamie, on this forum there is a list of instructions that will help you install an SMS thread program the replaces the standard SMS app that come with your phone. The SMS thread will allow you see all messages and it autmatically breaks up the messages in multiple parts when sending to a recipient. Search the forum for SMS thead and you should be able to find it.

I have used it and it works great on Treo 700 wx. Let me know if you need help finding it.

Thanks. Glad it worked. Lots of folks (including myself) use the program. Why doesn't Palm or MS include it on the Treo who knows.
