E-mail question

I have new 700wx and just switched form a Blackberry. My question is how do you make sure that the 700wx leaves a copy of the e-mail on the server.
I have received a few with attachments, then later when I tried to download
the message to my PC it was not still on the server. With the BB there was a box
to check when you set up you e-mail account to leave a copy on server.

Also is there a way to delete the Outlook e-mail account.

I know that check box exists somewhere -- I remember seeing it. I just went looking for it and can't find it. It might have been one of the questions when creating the account. If no one offers a better suggestion, I would try deleting the account and re-creating it again, see if you can find that button. You might have just missed it the first time through. (make sure you click on all the 'options' and 'advanced' buttons you see during the process.) Sorry I couldn't be more help, but I do know that button exists, because that's how I have mine set.

Well I have aol, and a microsoft outlook account that comes to my WX. If you check your email (new or old) on your 700wx it will remain on the server. Even If you delete the email from your phone it will also remain on the server.
Now if you delete the email on the server (via your desktop) then they will delete from your phone after Sync
