    Default File sharing with PC

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I have a question before I go out and upgrade my cell phone to this Treo700W. Occasionally I travel to a place where they just cut off the wired phone line. (Everyone uses cell phone.) Due to my work I need to see files that are not necessary Microsoft Office files. (like an AutoCAD file, for example) If I receive an attached file to my email account and open it using Microsoft Internet Explorer, am I able to down load the file to the Treo700 and copy or sync it to the PC?

Anyone could give me a help would be greatly appreciated.

Sure, you could save the attachmend to your SD card, then you could send the file to a laptop, for example, via Infra Red.

    Default File sharing with PC

Thanks a lot, Treythompson for replying. Unfortunately, I looked at my Vaio VGN-S460 notebook and couldn't find SD disk socket or infrared I/O. Is there any other means? I believe there's no modem capability for Treo700W. Any one know if that feature will be included in future release?

You could add a bluetooth adapter, and transfer files that way.

ActiveSync should provide direct access to the internal memory as well as the SD card from your PC when connected via the cable. Bluetooth might also be an option if your notebook supports it.

Thanks again to both Trey and Alex. I guess it's probably not a problem transferring files between PC and Treo700W. In that case, I'm going to get one soon.
