Handling Multiple Calls

I have noticed that when I am on a call and I take another call I can't hangup the previous call. It only allows me to swap between the two. The other one continues to clock its call time up even though the call is dead. When I swap back to it, there is just a dial tone. If I hit the end call button, it hangs up both calls which is annoying because I then have to call the other person back. Does anyone know why this is or how to get an end call feature enabled?

You can place the primary call on hold by using the left action button or tapping the hold notification on the lower left of the screen answer the second call when your done hit the end button lightly or wait a tad and the second call will end on its own take you back to first call hit left action buton to end hold and resume call. Kind of a pain and ought to have a simpler way but at least it works for me.

I have photo contacts pro on my 700wx. So when I get a second it looks like my only options are answer or ignore. Does anyone have experience with contacts pro?

and where can we download the elevator hold music for the people on hold to hear?? lol

I'm not sure about elevator music,but is there any program that can play a file while on hold?
