Hi,
Treo 700w may have a problem with keyboard keys, some or all will not work one day.
Factory deffect.
To fix the problem You need special micro tools, 80x microscope and hours of practice.
Check if You can get it fixed by warranty.
If You have this issue with the phone and warranty is over, I can fix it.
I fix hundreds of these phones a week.
Let me know...

Wow - hundreds of phones per week? There are only 40 regular hours of work per week so hundreds (guessing 200) will be 5 phones per hour assuming no breaks and no issues or one phone every 12 minutes. Wow. I'm impressed!

I am using help of three people of course when we have a lot of work.
With enough practice it takes like 10-15min per phone actually.
Let me know if somebody need to fix such problems.

What is really interesting is that this "problem" involving so many phones has never, no, not never, (as I have not been on this forum all that long) perhaps rarely ? shown up on the 700W forums. Considering the number of posts by folks complaining about many other types of problems this one seems to be a bit minor.

I had an issue with my Treo 700p 'y' key sticking. I called up Verizon and they issued a replacement. This was the first problem I've had with a Treo keyboard.

same here, just happend last week - it was my "o" key. Another one is on the way from Verizon.
