i uninstalled WisBar Advance from my phone but theres a folder here how do i remove it? heres a pic

going into file explorer and navigate to the following path : my device->windows->start menu->programs. here you should see the empty folder and be able to delete it. (not sure how this may affact the OS since I have never tried this)
