    I cant get any of the upgrades to down load to my phone. Do I have to down load them to my PC then Sync. them to my Palm? I have the 700wx with Alltel service.

    Is this a ROM update? If so, the update has to be copied to a formatted/blank SD card and launched from the card (normally launching is done when the card is inserted in the device). You really ought to check the support site for further details.
