Help, Can't connect to ActiveSync!!!
I just got my Verizon Treo 700w and I couldn't get it to connect to ActiveSync. I spend almost 2 hours on the phone with Verizon and Palm technical support, but they couldn't get it to work. They had me do a bunch of stuff, including uninstalling and reinstlling ActiveSync 3 times! Finally, the Palm guy told me that it was the fact that my laptop had a VPN connection (to my work) and that I needed to contact my systems adminstrator to have the VPN traffice and mask changed. Has anyone had any issues or have heard of any solutions.
