Default Help! Corp VM not recognizing key tones

Hi. My CEO is again having frustrations with the Treo 700wx. She was just on speakerphone in her car and tried to leave a voicemail on our corporate vm system, but the system wasn't recognizing the tones/buttons that she was pushing. The system first told her there was nobody at that extension, then told her she'd entered an invalid option and deleted her message she was quickly trying to send out.

She indicated this has happened before, even when she's not on speakerphone. I also have noticed that our vm system doesn't always recognize the buttons I either have programmed in or press. (ie, I have programmed on of the speed dials to dial our main number, then if I hit "extra digits" it will dial the access extension for our vm, pause, then dial my extension, pause, then dial my password. Sometimes it says "invalid entry", even though I KNOW the entry was just fine.)

Has anyone else experienced this? I have a VERY frustrated boss who is looking to me to fix the problem.

    Thanks.

I have the 750 and occasionally when I am leaving a voice mail or using a voicemail "pager"function and I press a number it does not recognize the number and causes a problem. I am thinking that its perhaps a provider server problem and not necessarily a device problem because it does not happen when I am using the keyboard/dial pad any other time (as least not yet)

Actually, I've been doing some searching and I really think it has to do with DTMF tones and the fact that we have an older Audix voicemail system. It looks like TAKEphONE is one app that might help, but I'm using the Windows OS and I think this is only available for Palm OS. Basically, I think the vm system is not receiving the DTMF tones correctly. Anyone else have a suggestion?
