Help please!

I dropped my Treo and it wont turn on now, there is a picture on the phone i NEED for the insurance company. How can i get it? I also have another treo if the memory part is innerchangeable? I dont know what to do it wont power on! The screen was busted to i changed it out but it still wont power off a battery or if i plug it in! help! is there software i can get it off from my computer with the cable even if it wont actually turn on? PLEASE HELP i need options and opinions!!!

Sounds like you are stuck there. Repairing a Treo is normally a board swap. Did you do any nightly backups of the device to the card?

It's very frustrating I'm sure but sorry, if you haven't backed up there's not a lot of saving what's on there. I'm sort of amazed it got so damaged from dropping since I dropped my last wx 3 times on concrete or tile floors and the only damage was the final time a small chip on the housing and the screen touches weren't working quite right. I managed to get a new one for nothing but you probably won't have that option since it sounds like your damage is pretty obviously from being dropped.

I back up to my card (using spbBackup) about every 3 days or so. How often you have to back up really depends on how frequently you add new stuff..contacts, pictures, documents, apps. I put all my apps on the card if they will run from there. It's amazing how much you can get on a 1GB card.
