I was having some problems with Activesync and it was suggested by my tech to delete and reload AS. Delete and reload went fine. However, when reconnecting my device... my main laptop will not sync with the original ID. It says my original ID is already taken. If I assign a new ID, what happens to the old data? Duplicates? How can continue to use the original ID? Any help appreciated.
