Help with Bluetooth pioneer 920bt

I just got my 700wx, I also have an indash Pioneer 790bt with built in bluetooth. The pioneer worked perfect with my razor and with the wx everything works perfect on outgoing calls. On incomming calls everything works fine if I have the system set up to answer automaticaly but do not want it to answer in auto. When I hit answer on the phone I can not hear anything through the bluetooth system until I manualy hiy "menu" "activate bluetooth" even through I have everything set (I think) to always have the bluetooth on.
