Hotmail probs!

My hotmail acct is my main email acct. That is, as soon as an email comes in, it shows up on the phone. I had to do a hard rest this weekend and perfomed a restore using spb backup. The only things i restored were email setting and contacts. I have done this before with no issue.

Now email does not show up automatically and when i hit send.receive to either check for mail or send a message from the outbox, it says "finished" right away. So, I now have messages stuck in my outbox and can't receive new messages. Thanks guys.

go into setup on active sync and check to see what you are synching it may have gotten changed during the hard reset as to what is being synched. If everythings is checked klike its supposed to be uncheck stuff and sync and then re check what you want if the synch worked like it was checked off to do. Have you checked the setup on your hotmail to make sure it did not get changed.
