How do I auto turn off the internet to keep gmail from waking me up?

I know there has to be someone out there who needs this enhancement or knows of way to make this happen.

How do I control when my 700w checks mail? I'd like it to not check my mail when I sleep, so it doesn't wake me up when I sleep from 11pm to 7am alerting me that I have new gmail. Doesn't anyone know?

you cant change it bcuz in the morning you will have to change it back

you can change it to check only when prompted or set the minutes to like every 1440 minutes (once a day) during waking hours and you can manually check it the rest of the day

I joined this board just to thank you for that info. I've been hanging around for a couple of weeks and been searching all over the internet for that since i got my Treo a few days ago. THANKS!!!

It may sound overly simple, but if you pres and hold the end / power key, it turns the radio off. In the morning, I turn the radio back on and it's business as usual.
