How to synch Pocket Outlook with dekstop Outlook

Does anyone know if it's possible to create folders either on dekstop Outlook or Pocket Outlook ande have those folder synch with either dekstop Outlook or Pocket Outlook. For example, I created folder in desktop Outlook and wants to have that folder synched with Pocket Outlook on my Treo 700 wx.

I believe if you follow this:

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobi...erair.mspx%231

You should be able to synch what you want between them. It works great for me.
