Is It Just Me? 1st of all merry Xmas to all
I hope that I'm not the only treo owner who is experiencing this problem? I had this phone for over 3 weeks now. I was told that its not a good smart phone to buy because of the fact it freezes up. For the last two days its been doing just that, try 10 times a day. Talk about festering. I have to reset ever time. I Called and spoke to a sprint technical person, he told me all he could do is have me hard reset. I don't wanna loose my information and contacts.
