Is there a key lock on the 700wx?

i keep my treo in my pocket and sometimes it calls people. is there a key lock on this?

there should be a keyguard on the 700 wx I am getting a 750 and the manual shows that when you press power/end the touchscreen is turned off and the keyguard locked. I would think the feature should be the same.

yeah, the 700wx is the same but when you press the talk button, it turns back on. and then if you accidently press the talk button again, it redails your last call. happened to me already.

check in the manua;l there may be some way of locking it better but if so it may delay you in answering quickly as well.

In your Keyguard settings you should have the option to set the number of seconds after power off that your keyguard kicks in - I have mine set to 5 seconds as invariably after I call fone goes back in handbag with risk of knocking keys.

if i enable the keyguard on my 700WX, i loose my media player. i will turn on the media player, then press option + Power. that will turn on the guard yet shuts off windows media. how can we disable the keypad and screen without disabling the application?

Hey who do you think you're deaaling with Hertz? Sorry couldnt resist. I do not know but surely theres a way through the front door or the back door to accomplish this. I will keep looking maybe kevin with palm who contributes here in the ET forums will have an answer. Quickly!
